Directions by subway, bus and taxi
Address: VEI Clinic (베이의원), 3F, Beneheim City (the Jamba Juice building), 162 Apgujeong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
By subway: Take Line 3 (the orange line) to Apgujeong Station (압구정역). Leave by Exit 5. The building is about a one-minute walk from the exit. Look for Jamba Juice, then go up to the third floor.
By bus: Many routes stop around Apgujeong Station. Search the address in Naver Map, which shows live bus routes and stops in English and is more accurate in Korea than most global map apps.
By taxi: Show the driver this address: 서울 강남구 압구정로 162, 3층. You can also say "Apgujeong Station, Exit 5" as a landmark. Taxi apps that accept English input will find the address too.
By car: Parking around Apgujeong-ro is limited, especially on Saturdays. Ask about parking when you book.
Inside the station: Apgujeong Station has several exits and connecting passages. Follow the overhead signs for Exit 5; most signs in Seoul's subway include English. If you take a wrong exit, use a map app to walk to 162 Apgujeong-ro, or WhatsApp us and we will guide you.
What to bring
Arriving five to ten minutes early gives time for registration, particularly on your first visit. If you are coming for an IV drip, wear clothing with sleeves that roll up easily. If you need a document for an employer, school or insurer, tell us when you check in so it can be prepared during your visit rather than requested later.
- ID: your ARC (residence card) if you have Korean national health insurance, or your passport if you do not
- A list of medicines you take, or photos of the packaging
- Any recent test results or letters from other doctors, in English or Korean
- Your insurer's claim form if you plan to claim from travel or private insurance
- If blood tests are planned, come fasting as instructed (water is usually fine)
Booking and contacting us
The easiest way to book is a WhatsApp message in English, telling us your name, the reason for your visit and the times that suit you. Our team replies on WhatsApp (+82-10-5700-7597) during opening hours. Walk-ins are welcome, though you may wait if booked patients are ahead of you.
Messages sent outside opening hours are answered when the clinic is next open. Please do not use messaging for anything urgent. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, a serious injury or a severe allergic reaction, call 119 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
