Walking to the clinic near Apgujeong Station
If you are searching for a clinic near Apgujeong Station, VEI Clinic is about as close as it gets. Take Line 3, the orange line, to Apgujeong Station (압구정역) and follow the signs for Exit 5. From the top of the exit, the clinic is roughly a one-minute walk.
Look for the Beneheim City building, which you can recognize by the Jamba Juice on site. Go inside and head up to the third floor (3F). If you get turned around, send a message to WhatsApp (+82-10-5700-7597) and we will talk you in.

Coming by taxi
Taxi drivers in Seoul navigate by address, so the simplest option is to show the driver the Korean address on your phone: 서울 강남구 압구정로 162, 3층. Saying "Apgujeong Station, Exit 5" also works well as a landmark, since every driver in the area knows it.
Ride-hailing apps that accept English input will also find the address. If your driver drops you on the opposite side of the road, use the nearest crossing rather than the station underpass if you have mobility concerns, because underground passages often involve stairs.
Seoul taxis accept cards, and most have a card reader for international cards. Keep the receipt if you plan to claim travel costs from an insurer.
Driving and parking
Apgujeong-ro is a busy commercial street and parking nearby can be limited, especially on Saturdays when the shopping streets around the Galleria department store and Rodeo Street fill up. If you plan to drive, ask about parking when you book so we can tell you what to expect for your visit time.
For most people, the subway or a taxi is quicker overall. If you are coming for a fasting blood test or an IV drip and would rather not drive afterward, that is another reason to leave the car at home.
Getting your bearings in the neighborhood
The clinic is in the heart of Apgujeong, one of Gangnam's well-known shopping and dining districts. The Galleria department store area and the Rodeo Street boutiques are a short distance away, which makes it easy to combine an appointment with errands, or to find a cafe while you wait for a friend.
Neighborhoods such as Sinsa, Cheongdam and Garosu-gil are within a short taxi or bus ride, so patients staying in hotels across Gangnam can reach us without much planning.
Timing your visit around the station
Apgujeong Station is busiest during the morning and evening commute, and the streets around it are crowded on Saturday afternoons. If you have flexibility, late morning or mid-afternoon on a weekday is usually the calmest time to travel and to be seen.
Remember the weekday lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00, and that we are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. On Tuesdays we stay open until 20:00, which suits people who work along Line 3 and want to come straight from the office. If you are coming from the airport or a hotel outside Gangnam, message us your expected arrival time so we can plan around any delay.
Who comes here, and what we cannot help with
Our patients include people who work along Apgujeong-ro, residents of nearby apartments, students and travelers staying in Gangnam. We provide primary care, internal medicine, checkups, lab tests, vaccinations, IV therapy and medical weight loss, all in English.
We are not an emergency room, and we do not offer surgery, endoscopy, dentistry or plastic surgery. For anything that needs a hospital, we can refer you to a hospital. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, heavy bleeding or a serious injury, call 119 rather than traveling to a clinic.
